RICK SOUZA
Rick Souza has built Bible schools, churches, and orphanages around the world for the past 25+ years. He is ordained with the Assemblies of God and has served in the Northern California/Nevada District as Associate Pastor, Sectional Men’s Ministries Representative, Director of Church Construction Corps, and Home Missions Field Consultant for the World Missions Board.
Today, Rick serves as a missionary with the Assemblies of God World Missions. His ministry of teaching strategic planning and leadership training workshops has taken him around the globe. He has conducted workshops for the nations of Lithuania, Russia, Ethiopia, South Africa, Cuba, and Columbia. |

Included in strategic planning is also Global Teen Challenge, Teen Challenge International, Teen Challenge Texas, Teen Challenge Oklahoma, Teen Challenge Northern California as well as Jamaica, Philippines and many others. In these countries he has not only led strategic planning workshops to help shape the ministry of churches, he has also coordinated the design and construction of various projects throughout the world.
While he is a U.S. appointed missionary, Rick’s primary responsibility is as the president of Aerie, Inc. He established Aerie, Inc. in 1989. This company serves a twofold purpose: First, it assists churches and Christian organizations in feasibility studies, planning, design, value engineering and construction of projects throughout California, Nevada, and Idaho. Second, profits from Aerie help to fund the many missionary projects Rick is involved in around the world.
